The background of National Service Army (JKT) traced back during post-independence period in 1963. On 19 April 1963 Tanganyika Cabinet under Mwl. Julius Kambarage Nyerere the first president of Tanganyika where they adopted Youth conflict resolution in which letter established JKT On 10 July 1963. At first the camps accommodate only 11 Youth from different district.
