Positions:

1: ACCOUNTANTS (positions 4)

QUALIFICATIONS;

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field  CPA certification (mandatory)
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, and Tally
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

2: COURIER MANAGER 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in courier, logistics, or delivery management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with logistics or delivery management software.
  • High level of integrity, discipline, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

3: General Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 of proven experience in real estate development, property management, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, project management, and financial planning.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
