1: Operations Officer

Job Description
Record client data in the RC Excel sheet based on invoice data from the system and share client details with the Bajaj team for registration processes.

Follow up on registration status and update the RC Excel sheet accordingly.

Record, file, and securely archive client documents in an organized manner.

Maintain a tracking log for document movement in and out of the locker room.

Monitor and maintain stock levels for two-wheelers and three-wheelers.

2: Branch Field Investigation Officer

Job Description

Conduct on-site visits to residential and business addresses of loan applicants to verify personal and financial information provided in loan applications.

• Prepare detailed field investigation reports documenting findings, observations, and recommendations based on interviews, site visits, and document verification.

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of reports in accordance with established reporting standards and guidelines.

• Coordinate with internal departments, including credit, underwriting, and collections, to share investigation findings, address inquiries, and support decision-making processes.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements governing field investigations and credit underwriting.

3: Collection Officer

Job Description

Follow up with overdue customers via phone, serve notices, and conduct field visits.
• Organize the debtor list according to the severity of delinquency, ensure all clients are contacted, and notify the reporting manager about difficult accounts.

• Track assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts, prepare a daily list of customers who have not made payments, and report accordingly.

• Record new commitments for debt repayment, assess the collectability of debts, and recommend recovery action where necessary.

• Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.

Job Description

Install GPS devices: Install GPS tracking devices in vehicles as required, ensuring proper functionality.

Assist with root cause analysis: Support the tracking team in identifying and analyzing the root causes of technical issues related to GPS devices.
