Jobs Responsibilities (Teachers)
Teaching assigned subjects according to the school timetable.
Preparing and implementing lesson plans and related teaching documents.
Maintaining student discipline and a positive learning environment.
Actively participating in school activities and development programs.
Properly maintaining and effectively using teaching and learning materials.
Performing any other duties assigned by the Head of School in accordance with school responsibilities.
Qualifications for Teachers
The applicant must hold a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Early Childhood Education or Primary Education from a government-recognized institution.
Ability to teach effectively using the English language.
Applicants with at least two (2) years of teaching experience in a recognized school will be given priority.
Office Secretary (Office Assisistant) Grade II – 2 Potions
Job Responsibilities
Typing examinations, letters, reports, and various routine and confidential documents accurately and on time.
Keeping and managing records of important events, appointments, meeting dates, and official trips.
Receiving visitors, listening to their needs, and directing them to the appropriate offices for services.
Receiving files and distributing them to Heads of Departments, Units, or other relevant sections.
Retrieving, preparing, and organizing files or documents required for daily operations.
Collecting, storing, and returning files and documents to designated locations to ensure proper record keeping.
Preparing and managing office equipment and supplies requirements for the unit.
Performing any other duties assigned by management according to office needs.
Qualifications for Office Secretary
Must be a Form Four graduate with a Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
Must have passed Kiswahili and English shorthand typing at a speed of 100 words per minute.
Must have received training in office computer programs, including: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Internet E-mail, Publisher from a government-recognized institution.
General Conditions
All applicants must submit handwritten application letters in English. Applicants must be Tanzanian citizens, aged 18 to 45 years.
All applicants must attach a detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) including a reliable address, reachable phone numbers, email address, and three (3) credible referees.
Applicants must attach copies of relevant academic and professional certificates as well as a copy of their NIDA identification card.
Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and certified by the relevant authorities (TCU, NECTA, and NACTE).
One (1) recent passport-size color photograph must be attached.
