Igunga is one of the seven districts of the Tabora Region of Tanzania. It is bordered to the north by the Shinyanga Region, to the east by the Singida Region, to the south by the Uyui District and to the west by the Nzega District. Its administrative seat is the town of Igunga.
Igunga is now divided by two Constituencys: Igunga Constituency and Manonga Constituency, whereby Manonga town is Choma Chankola. Igunga is the second district in production

Position: OFFICE EXECUTIVE AUTHOR CLASS II (MWANDISHI MWENDESHA OFISI DARAJA LA II) 4
Duties and Responsibilities
i. Typing letters, reports and documents, both regular and confidential;
ii. Receiving visitors and their arrivals and explaining their problems to them where they can be helped;
iii. Maintaining records of events, appointments, meeting dates, the Head’s travels and other work schedules;
iv. Searching for files and documents required in the implementation of work duties;
v. Receiving files and distributing them to Officers in the relevant Department/Unit/Section;
vi. Collecting, maintaining and returning files and documents to the relevant departments;
vii. Organizing notes and making preparations for various meetings;
viii. Preparing a list of office equipment requirements; and
ix. Performing other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
Qualifications
Form Four or Form Six graduates with a Diploma in Accounting or NTA Level 6 Certificate in Accounting will be recruited.
In addition, they must have passed the Kiswahili and English Hatimkato subject with 100 points in one minute and have acquired office computer programs such as: Word, Excel, Powepoint, Internet, E-mail and Publisher from any government-recognized institution.
