Position: Busness Development Manager
ResponsibilitiesÂ
Develop and implement strategies to indentify, pursue new busness opportunities, expand the cargo division and grow market share.
Identify new busness opportunities for cargo consilidation and econsilidation services.
Build and maintain relationship with potentials clients and partners to drive growth
Manage te sales ppeline from lead generation to closing deals.
Collaborate with operations to allign business development goals.
Track market trends and competitors to propose innovative solutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long term business relationships.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of exprience in busness development, sales or a related field.
Proven track record of client acquisition, relationship manaagement and driving revenue growth.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop strategies and excute plans to increase market penetration.
A degree in Busness Administration,sales and market or a related field in preferred.
