Massana Health Services (T) Limited (MHS) comprises of the Hospital and College of Nursing and Midwifery. It is a private company, established in 1995 and directed by the late Professor Richard Seth Massana Lema, MD, MMED (O/G), FBRH, MBA. Currently is managed by Mrs. Mary-Ani Richard Lema, (BscN, Ad. DipNE,Dip.Nm), the wife of the founder since May 2016 to date. The company located in Mbezi Beach off Bagamoyo road along Goba road.
The hospital has progressively continued to develop into a modern teaching hospital. Its College of Nursing and
Midwifery was established in 2005. MHS operates as a private owned Hospital and College in Kinondoni District within Dar es Salaam city.

It has focused on advanced hospitals medical services, sustained a reputation for quality, and has become an example followed by other health facilities.
