The school was established on 4th January 2011 under the ownership of the Company called “GOD’S BRIDGE DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION” (GBDF), under the possession of Antony Albert Mwantona. The school is found in Mbeya Region at Rungwe District situated at Lughombo village which is found about six (6) Kilometres from main road going to Malawi from Uyole at Kyimo Kijiji Kitulivu (KKK) bus station.
GOD’S BRIDGE is the given name emanated from the presence of natural bridge found at Lughombo village commonly known as “DARAJA LA MUNGU” Swahili words which is in English translated at “GOD’S BRIDGE”. The school was officially registered in 2010 with registration number S. 4344 which began to be used in form Two National Examination in 2012.
