1: Payments Product Manager

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing large-scale public service or revenue collection projects.

Vast experience in Transportation sector i.e Air, Water, Rail, Busses etc.

Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, contract management, and team leadership.

Strong understanding of automated fare collection systems, smart card technologies, and financial reconciliation.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

2: Performance Engineer (2yrs Contract)

Core competencies, knowledge and experience

Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills translated from Key Performance indicators

Excellent programming skills

Strong stakeholder management skills like TCRA, suppliers etc

Ability to proactively detect faults

Ability to manage customer complaints

Able to challenge the status quo

3: Specialist VAS Core Services

Qualification
Must have technical / professional qualifications and business skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in product support, product operations, digital products, product sales/distribution, or online and on-ground customer engagement activities.
• Basic understanding of digital product development, management, and delivery processes.
• General knowledge of software quality assurance concepts, testing processes, and user acceptance testing (UAT); ability to support test case execution and issue reporting.
• Good understanding of how technical product features translate into business value and customer outcomes.
• Experience supporting product initiatives, projects, or partner engagements across cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to agile ways of working (e.g., Scrum or Kanban) and ability to work in sprint-based environments.
• Basic familiarity with digital platforms and technologies such as mobile apps, web platforms, SMS, USSD, APIs, and mobile money integrations is an added advantage.
• Understanding of UX/UI basics and customer experience principles is an added advantage.
• Strong interest or experience in customer engagement activities, including product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, school or field visits, and digital engagement channels (social media, WhatsApp, email).
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills, with the ability to work with internal teams, partners, and customers.
• Experience or exposure to the telecommunications, edtech, fintech, or digital services industry is an added advantage.

4: IP Planner and OPS (2Yrs Contract)

Must have technical/professional qualifications:

At least 3 years’ experience in Telecommunications Operations

University Degree in Telecommunications/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science or equivalent

Experience of working with multiple suppliers/vendors/partners i.e. CISCO, Juniper, Huawei etc

Knowledge of mobile telecommunications network architectures/ technologies

Experience in IP Services operation

Knowledge in Network security

Certifications in IP related fields particularly CCNA/CCNP, JNCA, CCNSP/CCNSE

Must be able and willing to work outside normal working hours when required to do so

Willing to travel extensively and sometimes at short notice

5: System Admin: M-PESA Applications Supp

Core competencies, knowledge and experience

•Operating system Unix, Linux (RHEL, SUSE) and Windows

•Relational Database Management Systems (Oracle, GaussDB, MYSQL)

•Mobile security best practices

•Excellent communication skills

•Familiarity with Android and iOS platforms, mobile app architecture, and APIs.

Must have technical/professional qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or its equivalent.

•Build and maintain relationship with key stakeholders.

•Understanding of mobile money platforms, especially M-Pesa, is highly desirable.
