1. Branch Supervisor (Dar Es Salaam
Purpose of the RoleTo supervise daily branch operations, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, support staff performance, and drive customer centricity, maintaining operational efficiency and control.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Additional professional qualification in Banking or Financial Services is an added advantage.
Postgraduate Diploma or MBA will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a banking operations environment, preferably in a supervisory or senior officer role.
2. Relationship Officer – SMEs/Retail (Mwanza)Â
Purpose of the RoleThe Relationship Officer is responsible for managing and growing the portfolio of SMEs and Retail clients. The role involves fostering strong client relationships, increasing product penetration, and ensuring the achievement of set business goals and targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in managing SMEs or a similar role, with a proven track record in client management.
3. Relationship Manager – SMEs and Retail Banking (Mwanza)
Purpose of the Role
The Retail Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and managing relationships with personal and SME clients, focusing on growing deposits, loans, and other retail banking products. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, identifying and meeting clients’ financial needs, and driving business growth.
The Retail RM will also work closely with other teams to ensure clients receive tailored solutions and are satisfied with the bank’s offerings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in SMEs and Retail Banking or a similar role, with a proven track record in client management.
