1 Science & Mathematics Teacher (Upper Primary – Class 3 to Class 7)

Job Summary

Imani School is looking for a dedicated teacher to deliver high-quality instruction in Science and Mathematics for Upper Primary (Class 3 to Class 7). The successful candidate must ensure strong academic performance, effective classroom control, and commitment to student wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Science and Mathematics to Class 3–7 learners

Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials

Maintain discipline and strong classroom management

Support students academically and emotionally

Ensure continuous improvement in learner performance

Minimum Requirements & Preferences

Education: Diploma or Degree in Education/Teaching

Specialization: Must be able to teach Science and Mathematics at Upper Primary level

Age Preference: 27 to 35 years

Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred

Experience: Upper Primary teaching experience is an added advantage

Skills: Strong classroom management and commitment to student welfare

Job Summary

Imani School is seeking a motivated female graduate to support kitchen operations and boarding welfare. This role is active and highly responsible, requiring a fast learner who can manage daily supervision, records, and communication professionally.

Salary: TZS 400,000 per month

Target Candidate: Graduate Woman (Female)

Key Responsibilities

A) Operations & Supervision

Supervise daily kitchen operations

Oversee boarding students’ welfare and daily routines

Coordinate duties and schedules for kitchen/support staff

Maintain cleanliness, order, and proper stock control

B) Procurement & Administration

Support procurement of food and essential supplies

Maintain inventory and basic records

Prepare simple reports using Microsoft Office

C) Communication & Planning

Assist in planning and daily coordination of school activities

Communicate clearly with staff, students, and parents

Minimum Requirements

Gender: Female

Education: Must be a graduate

IT Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency

Language: Strong English (spoken and written)

Skills: Highly organized, professional, detail-oriented

Work Ethic: Able to multitask, follow up independently, and take responsibility

Added Advantage: Experience in kitchen operations, school administration, or supervision

Training & Transition Support

The selected candidate will receive:

On-the-job training from the current staff during transition

Continued support every Saturday from the outgoing staff member
