•Strong attention to detailand ability to identify and report data quality issues or inconsistencies.

•Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain survey questions and collect information objectively and sensitively.
•Ability to work effectively in a team, coordinating with enumerators and supervisors.
•Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including early mornings or weekends when required by field schedules.
•Strong time management skillsand ability to meet data collection targets.
•Professionalism and punctuality, with respectful engagement with respondents, team members, and supervisors.
•Experience using tablets and KoboCollect (or similar tools)for survey data collection.
Required Qualification & Skills
•Minimum of a Degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Agriculture, Statistics, or a related fieldfrom a recognized institution.
•A master’s degree will be an advantage.
•At least 2yearsofexperience in collecting quantitative or qualitative data
•In–depth skills of understanding community dynamics
•Experience of using tablets in data collection
•Skilled in basic interviewing techniques and attention to details
•Willingness to travel and work within remote areas and work flexible hours (including weekends where necessary)
