Job Title: Direct Sales Agent
Number of Positions:
• 200 – Dar es Salaam branches
• 120 – Upcountry branches
Tenure:
Six (6) months contract, renewable based on performance.
Work Locations:
• Dar es Salaam Head Office – Amani Place, 3rd Floor
• Regional Branches – Mwanza, Arusha, Dodoma, Mbeya, and Moshi
Job Purpose
Drive retail banking sales by proactively promoting liabilities products through daily customer engagement, achieving sales targets, deepening client relationships, and delivering exceptional service in line with the bank’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for retail banking liabilities products.
• Proactively identify, approach, and engage potential customers.
• Guide customers through the account opening process while ensuring strict compliance with company policies and requirements such as KYC and anti-money laundering regulations.
• Represent the bank professionally and uphold the bank’s customer-first philosophy in all interactions.
Minimum Requirements
• Education: Minimum of Form Four up to Diploma level.
• Age: 18 years and above.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and customer service experience will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work in a performance-driven and target-oriented environment.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
