Full Funded People’s Republic of China MOFCOM Scholarship 2026/2027, Applications are invited from qualified officials from Public Service to apply for the above-mentioned training opportunities in People’s Republic of China.
Applications are now open for the following Training Programs:
SCHOLARSHIP COVERAGE
The entire cost of training under this Program, including the return international air tickets, tuition fees, accommodation, emergency medical treatment, book allowance and study tour will be borne by the Government of People’s Republic of China.
APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY
- Should be a Public Servant to apply the Training Course which relating with his/her field of work,
- Be under the age of 45 generally or as specifically required by the University,
- Should have 5 years and above working experience in the relevant field,
- Have a good command of both spoken and written English,
- Bachelor Degree holder to apply for Master Program and Master Degree holder to apply for PhD Program,
- Pregnant women are not allowed,
- Be in good health both physically and mentally, and
- The application forms should be typed (typewritten).
APPLICATION MATERIALS REQUIRED/SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS:
- Complete Foreigners application form of University which is provided in respective enrolment brochure,
- Complete Chinese Scholarship application (MOFCOM),
- Physical Examination form filled completely signed by the doctor with comprehensive blood test report and x-ray chest report,
- Permission letter from the applicant’s Employer addressed to the Permanent Secretary, Public Service Management and Good Governance,
- Two recommendation letters from the applicant’s Employer and Academic Institution addressed to whom it may concern (by associate Professors and above),
- Employment letter,
- Personal Statement and Study Plan signed by the applicant with at least 1500 English words,
- Certified Academic Certificates,
- Certified Academic Transcripts,
- A photocopy of Valid Passport,
- English Proficiency Certificate or Letter,
- Non-Criminal Record Report,
- Curriculum Vitae in English.
