1: JOB TITLE: SECURITY FIELD OFFICER
Department: SENIOR CONTROL ROOM CONTROLLER

Job Purpose
The Senior Control Room Controller is responsible for supervising and coordinating all control room operations to ensure effective surveillance, tracking, escort coordination, and communication management across all company sites. The role ensures accuracy, accountability, operational efficiency, and zero-error reporting standards in all control room functions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and evaluate the performance, discipline, and shift compliance of all control room controllers.
Ensure 24/7 professional monitoring of CCTV surveillance systems across all operational sites.
Oversee tracking of HESU trucks (transit and local) and all company vehicles using GPS and tracking systems.
Monitor and verify movement of trucks and containers from port to HESU/SSA and other designated locations.
Coordinate and document escort operations for vehicles and containers to required operational areas.
Act as the central communication hub linking all sites, security teams, supervisors, and operations using mobile phones and radio systems.
Ensure accurate logging of communications, vehicle movement records, and incident reports.
Escalate incidents, suspicious activities, delays, route deviations, or emergencies immediately to the Security Manager.
Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly reports are complete, accurate, and free from errors.
Ensure proper system usage including CCTV platforms, tracking systems, and any other supportive security technologies.
Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen monitoring and response capability.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Security Manager.
Operational Scope

The Security Field Officer is responsible for supervising and coordinating field security operations to ensure effective protection of company assets, personnel, and client facilities. The role ensures compliance with security procedures, rapid incident response, operational efficiency, and high service standards
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily ground security operations, providing leadership to supervisors, controllers, riders, and guards.
Respond immediately to security incidents across all assigned sites and ensure appropriate corrective action is taken.
Develop and implement structured day and night spot-check schedules to maintain operational discipline and compliance.
Manage and document all incidents occurring during assigned shifts, ensuring proper investigation and closure.
Monitor and evaluate performance of security personnel to ensure adherence to post orders and company standards.
Report all significant incidents directly to the Security Manager with accurate and detailed documentation.

Qualifications

Job Purpose
The Security Investigator is responsible for conducting professional, objective, and comprehensive investigations into all security-related incidents across HESU and its affiliated companies. The role ensures proper evidence collection, case documentation, risk evaluation, and implementation of corrective measures.
The Investigator is further responsible for ensuring proper follow-up of all company cases, including opening official cases at police stations where required, maintaining liaison with law enforcement authorities, and monitoring progress until formal closure.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Incident Investigation and Case Management
Conduct thorough investigations into theft, fraud, misconduct, security breaches, property damage, safety violations, and other incidents.
Collect, preserve, and analyze evidence including CCTV footage, access control logs, witness statements, digital records, and physical exhibits.
Interview witnesses, suspects, and relevant personnel in accordance with company procedures.
Prepare detailed, factual, and well-structured investigation reports with findings and recommendations.
Maintain an official case register for all reported incidents.
Ensure continuous follow-up of all active company cases until formal resolution and closure.
Police Liaison and Legal Follow-Up
Open official cases at the police station when incidents meet criminal thresholds or as directed by management.
Ensure timely reporting of criminal matters to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Follow up regularly with police investigators on the progress of reported cases.
