Organizational Context and Scope
Under the overall supervision of Chief of Mission (COM) and the direct supervision of the Migration Health Physician, the successful candidate will be responsible for  carrying out the call centre function and the the following duties and responsibilities in relation to the Migration Health Assessment Centre (MHAC) in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania United Republic ofÂ
1: Medical Assistant-Expedited SVN: Dar-es-Salaam, United Republic of Tanzania
Qualifications
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education
University Degree with at least three  years of relevant working experience.
ORÂ
Secondary School Diploma with at least five  years of relevant working experience.Â
Certificate in IT/Data entry is an advantage.
Accredited Universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database.
Experience
Experience in computer data entry, elaboration and analysis or in a call centre in a busy institution, preferably a medical one.
Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
Knowledge of data management principles.
Knowledge of customer care.
High computer literacy in Windows and MS Office is mandatory, knowledge of web page design would be an asset.
Knowledge of medical terminology, as well as previous secretarial and archival experience, an added advantage; and,
Previous working experience with NGOs or international organizations is an added advantage.
Proven knowledge and/or certification in the data analysis tools such as Power BI an advantage.
Proven knowledge and/or certification in the programming language SQL an advantage.
Proven experience and knowledge in healthcare specific systems such as Electronic Health Record Systems (EHRs)Â an advantage.
Proven advanced knowledge in the business process and data management of Interim Federal Health Programme (IFHP) an advantage.

2: Migration Health Physician-Expedited SVN
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education
University degree in Medicine from an accredited academic institution with at least four years of professional work experience.
Valid license to practice within Tanzania is mandatory.
Experience
Professional continuous clinical experience, preferably in a multidisciplinary hospital setting. The last clinical posting should be within the last three years;Â
Good knowledge of clinical medicine;
Excellent bedside manner;
Knowledge of patient safety and infection prevention and control;
Proven expertise or post-graduate diploma/degree in clinical specialization in the fields of pediatrics, pulmonology, or emergency medicine is an advantage.Â
Proven expertise or post-graduate diploma/degree in clinical specialization in the fields of internal medicine is an advantage.Â
Proven clinical expertise and/or specialization in public health, health care administration, or healthcare management is an advantage.
Proven master trainer experience is an advantage.
3: Migration Health Nurse-Expedited SVN
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited academic institution in Nursing in countries where the Diploma allows to fulfil the full scope of responsibilities defined in PDs.
A valid license to practice nursing in the country of duty station.
Experience
For Bachelor’s Degree holder a minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience and for Diploma holder a minimum of five years of relevant clinical experience.
Excellent technical skills, including in phlebotomy.
Training or working experience in the areas of Tuberculosis management, mass immunizations, communicable diseases, laboratory testing or public health is an advantage.Â
Knowledge of and experience in clinical nursing.
Excellent bedside manner.
Knowledge of principles of preventive care and disease control.
Knowledge of and experience in implementation of patient safety and infection prevention and control.
Computer literacy required: MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Access
