Are you a skilled operator with experience in packing operations and machine maintenance? We are looking for an experienced Technical Operator – Packing to join our team at Said Salim Bakhresa & Co. Ltd
Key Responsibilities
Operate packing machines to ensure accurate and efficient packing of milled products.
Carry out autonomous maintenance (AM) for the packing machines including basic maintenance, conversion and machine changeovers.
Supervise shift packing operations, assign tasks, and monitor team performance.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMP, and company quality procedures.
Support quality control by verifying product weights, seals, and coding accuracу.
Maintain accurate records of shift activities, including production reports and inventory.
Collaborate with quality control, production, and dispatch teams to resolve operational issues.
What You’ll need
Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Process Engineering (essential)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (desirable)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or food processing
Strong knowledge of packing machines and processes
Familiarity with food safety standards and compliance requirements
Problem-solving, decision-making, communication skills and use of computer systems
