Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (System Engineer, IS Engineer, Information Systems Engineer, IT Engineer, Network Systems Engineer)
Minimum 2-year experience in Data Warehouse complete lifecycle implementation including business requirements gathering, design, development, and deployment
Core Responsibilities
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data engineering such as Python, Java, Scala, or similar languages is essential.
Python is particularly popular for data engineering tasks due to its extensive library support and ease of use.
In-depth knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Apache Spark, Apache Flink, and related ecosystems is crucial for building scalable and distributed data processing systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD technologies (e.g., GitLab/GitHub).
Proficiency in working with various types of databases (relational and NoSQL) and data stores such as MySQL,
PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MsSQL, Redis, etc. for managing and querying structured and unstructured data.
Familiarity with data pipeline and workflow management tools such as Apache Airflow, SSIS and ETL processes.
Strong understanding of data modelling concepts and experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and tools for data integration and transformation (SSIS)
Competences
Knowledge of best practices/methodologies in Data Warehousing and Multi-dimensional data modelling (OLAP)
Proficiently in ETL development and maintenance with SSIS
Experience/Understanding with C# and or VB, web services and XML development.
2: Fiber BI & Reporting Manager at Yas

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Telecommunications
5 years of experience in BI, reporting, or telecom analytics
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel; experience with GIS tools is a plus
Core Responsibilities
Data Ownership & Governance: Ensure a clean, accurate single source of truth across systems, including data from vendors and contractors
BI Architecture & Reporting: Develop and maintain automated dashboards for business, financial, operational, and customer performance metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align BI outputs with business objectives
Process Optimization & Automation: Automate manual reporting processes and improve visibility across build-to-activation workflows
Translate business needs into technical requirements for BI development and analytics
Competencies
Technical Proficiency
Strong understanding of Fiber broadband KPI’s and Commercial Metrics
Analytical rigor with a strong sense of business impact
Experience in telecom or ISP industry preferred
3: External Affairs Officer at YAS

Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in a corporate affairs or public sector
Experience in project, campaign and/or event management
Core responsibilities
Lead company advocacy and stakeholder engagement to influence public policy, monitor geopolitical and regulatory developments.
Prepare policy briefs and submissions and make impact analysis to inform internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain a stakeholder map across government, regulatory bodies and civil societies to develop and maintain key strategic relationships and external engagements.
Implement company’s stakeholder engagement strategy to ensure strategic participation and influence in public-
private dialogues, parliamentary hearings and government working groups relevant to the business.
Perform any other duty within your scope as may be assigned by the Line Manager.
