PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Supervises employees in a manufacturing: plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
Main Responsibilities:
May be appointed to lead a line production.
Enforce safety and sanitation regulations.
Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production such as quality inspectors, machine operators, and Fillers operators.
Plan and achieve the target production volumes for the Line by properly planning the availability of syrup, ensure movement of empties and organize optimum manpower required.
Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements
and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals. Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees or assign employees to experienced workers for training.
Observe work and monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure that operators conform to production or processing standards.
Implement HACCP for the plant.
Implement the requirements for the AIBI audit.

2: Job Position: Quality Assurance Technician (2)
Reporting to: Assistant Quality Control Manager
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Assist in testing and inspection of products at various stages of production process and compiles and evaluates
statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products. Writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from the existing standards.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure Raw/Packaging materials are within specifications before receiving/accepting.
Ensure bottle washer parameters are within required specifications.
Ensure blown bottle parameters are within specifications.
Ensure compliance to GMP, Quality and Food Safety standards.
Ensure compliance to regulatory standards.
Ensure compliance to good housekeeping practices, standards and schedules.
Ensure equipment, machines and their surroundings are maintained in a clean and proper manner.
Ensure food contact, non-food contact, product and non-product zones are maintained clean and tidy.
Ensure the production of quality and safe products (Water, Syrup and Beverage)
Maintain proper and timely documentation of all parameters and activities.
Maintain proper operations of the effluent treatment plant. Preparation of reports
Timely requisition of materials from store (through NAV system)

Job Position: Senior Accountant (1)
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To ensure stock reconciliation is performed accurately and timely circulated to stakeholders.
To ensure Statutory retums are timely prepared and sent to Head office for consolidation and filing to the respective authorities.
To maintaining fixed asset Register and ensure it is properly updated and agreed to Trial Balance.
To ensure company maximize returns on scrap sales disposal and timely settlement of matured invoices.
To ensure finance target of closing accounting entries and reports by fourth /fifth Day from SBC month closing day is adhered
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review Daily/weekly / Monthly stock reconciliation of Finished Goods, Glass, Plastic Crates, and Pallet and circulate the report for further action.
Prepare monthly stock count protocol report and send it to AFM for review within 4days from date of closing
Review weekly/monthly breakage report and advise necessary actions to reduce the losses.
Review daily CCTV reports related to stock dispatches to/from market, Depots and daily output reports. Highlight the variations to the respective HODs for necessary actions
Review daily and weekly stock reconciliation for the depots within the region advise necessary corrective measures to resolve the variation
Prepare Weekly/ Monthly GIT analysis report and review same report to and from depots within the region
Preparing statutory returns of VAT, Excise Duty, Industrial Service levies and any other retuns as may be instituted by the government.
Perform reconciliation of ETS consumption Vs. Production units Vs. Excise duty return monthly, investigate variation above tolerable limit, and circulate the report to respertive stakeholders for necessary action.
Perform weekly brand pack reconciliation, analyze variation and send report to the respective department for necessary action
Follow up with credit scrap vendois to ensure mature invoices are settled in a timely manner.
Participate in monthly/Quarterly/yearly financial closing activities.
ENTRY REQUIRED:
Advanced Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or a related fieldand at least 4 years working experience in similar responsibilities. Possessing CPA will be an additional advantage.
SKILLS QUIRED:
Knowledge of IAS/IFRSs
Ability to supervise subordinates
Knowledge of Taxation laws and regulation
4: Job Position: Electronics Engineer (2)
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Supervise and participate in the construction, installation, modification, maintenance and repairs of electrical appliances, systems, facilities and related electronic controls of varying design or complexity.
Main Responsibilities:
Supervise and participate in the construction, installation, modification, maintenance and repair of electrical appliances, systems, facilities and related electronic controls and devices by interpreting blueprints, manufacturers’ specifications, written and verba instructions.
Assemble electrical and electronic systems and prototypes according to engineering data and knowledge of electrical principles, using hand tools and measuring instruments.
Install and maintain electrical control systems and solid state equipment
Modify electrical prototypes, parts, assemblies, and systems to correct functional deviations.
Set up and operate test equipment to evaluate performance of developmental parts, assemblies, or systems under simulated operating conditions, and record results.
Collaborate with Maintenance engineers and other personnel to identify, define, and solve developmental problems. Build, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical instruments or testing equipment.
Analyze and interpret test information to resolve design-related problems.
Write commissioning procedures for electrical installations.
Prepare project cost and work-time estimates.
Evaluate engineering proposals, shop drawings and design comments for sound electrical engineering practice and conformance with established safety and design criteria and recommend approval or disapproval.
Draw or modify diagrams and write engineering specifications to clarify design details and functional criteria of experimental electronics units.
Conduct inspections for quality control and assurance programs, reporting findings and recommendations.
Prepare contracts and initiate, review and coordinate modifications to contract specifications and plans throughout the construction process.
Plan, schedule and monitor work of support personnel to assist supervisor.
Review existing electrical engineering criteria to identify necessary revisions, deletions or amendments to outdated material.

5: Job Position: Filler/Blow Moulder Operator (3)
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Support Production and Quality Departments in operating production plastic moulding machine
Main Responsibilities
Operator the machines at the recommended speed.
Ensure that there are minimum rejections/breakages
Immediate reporting of machines abnormalities to maintenance department for rectification.
Ensure proper storing of all tools in one’s respective area.
Adhere to maintenance schedule, greasing, oiling and daily check list.
Clear all unwanted foreign materials around the machines.
Maintain the personal hygiene and use protective gears.
Ensure proper recording of down time
Ensure proper maintenance records keeping.
Ensure all the machines are switched off after the close of production or during any machine breakdowns.

6: Job Position: Mechanical Engineer (2)
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JОВ
Provide maintenance support
Support Production and Quality Assurance Departments in implementing various performance improvement activities.
Main Responsibilities:
Pian day to day Maintenance Activities including allocation of manpower, arrangement of spares and satisfactory completion of jobs in time.
Support Production & Quality Assurance Departments in implementing various performance improvement activities.
Assist to prepare an Annual Preventive Maintenance Plan and adhere to the plans.
Assist in Review the current Preventive Maintenance Procedures and Schedules for all Bottling Lines, Utility
Equipment’s, Off-site Equipment’s and implement necessary change with appropriate document numbers.
Ensure all jobs mentioned in the Preventive Maintenance Schedules are completed and records properly documented.
Achieve various Key Performance Indicators targeted for the Plant.
Prepare the list of Annual Shutdown Jobs and the spares required for the Bottling Lines and Utility Equipment’s in time.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance Department for any quality issues and take necessary corrective actions to achieve Quality Goais.
Prepare a Reorder Level and Reorder Quantity for various consumables used in the plant including bearings, lubricants etc.
Impart training to subordinates as per plans.
Ensure proper housekeeping at the place or work and at workshop.
Prepare a Facility Maintenance Program and Schedule and ensure that this is maintained.
Comply with company’s set values and standards.
To observe in coordination with production in reducing the fulls rejection by proper serving of filling valves.
Ensure that log books and check lists are maintained by filler, utility equipment and washer operators.
To check them on a daily basis and give feedback.

7: Job Position: Labeller Operator (2)
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Responsible for ensuring that products are properly labelled according to order specifications.
Main Responsibilities:
• Tends machine that attached gummed identification labels to phonograph records.
• Places labels on machine spindle and turns on heating element in ram of machine.
Position record on machine bed and presses pedal to start labelling mechanism.
• Removes labelled record while simultaneously positioning unlabeled record on machine.
• Repeats operations to label reverse side of record.

Form IV/VI with Vocational Training Grade Test I or II
At least 4 years experience on related field.
PET machines running experience is a must
