1: HR LEAD-NGARA

Position Summary:

Tembo Nickel is seeking to recruit a HR LEAD to join Tembo Nickel Project Team. This role will be accountable in delivering best practice in managing people and contractors on site. The successful candidate for this role will report to the Site General Manager

Duty Station: Tembo Nickel Project Site- Ngara

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems on site
• Providing training on policies and procedures for employees and contractors on site
• Lead recruitment process for site-based roles
• Prepare and submit all Human Resources Reports on monthly and quarterly basis
• Review and implement effective on-boarding plans
• Develop training and development programs
• Assist in performance management processes,
• Provide support to management on matters relating to disciplinary and grievances
• Maintain employee records according to TNCL policies and legal requirements.
• Conduct monthly auditing to contractors to ensure they comply with labor legislation

Qualifications and Competencies

Tembo Nickel is seeking to recruit a GIS and Database Specialist to join Tembo Nickel Project Team. This role will support RAP and Geology activities on site. This is a Fixed Term contract of 1 Year and the successful candidate will report to the RAP Lead

Duty Station: Tembo Nickel Project Site- Ngara

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform GIS database development, qualitative/quantitative analysis, and mapping
• Produce detailed, high-quality cartographic products (digital and hardcopy) and accompanying reports in
accordance with technical guidelines and project requirements
• Communicate with project team members and other stakeholders to define data needs, project requirements,
and desired outputs
• Compile, manipulate, and refine geographic data from a variety of sources including but not limited to, CAD, field
observation, satellite imagery, aerial photographs, and existing maps
• Perform quality control checks of GIS Data and non-spatial databases with minimal supervision to ensure data
integrity
• Manage individual project tasks related to GIS, database design and management, and data visualizationn
• Customize GIS workflow and software programs for data

Qualifications and Competencies

• Minimum 5 years of ESRI ArcGIS experience AS/BS in Engineering or related field
• Previous experience in developing GIS project deliverables
• Able to perform field data collection activities requiring long durations of walking and climbing of stairs
• Able to travel for extended periods of time for up to three weeks at project locations
• Proficiency using ESRI ArcGIS Software, Autodesk Software, and Microsoft Office is desired

Position Summary:

Tembo Nickel is seeking to recruit a Nurse to join Tembo Nickel Project Team. This role will support the site clinic and OHS
department in executing day to day clinical activities.
This is a Fixed Term contract of 1 Year and the successful candidate will report to the Medical Doctor

Duty Station: Tembo Nickel Project Site- Ngara

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assisting Medical Doctors in organizing and providing care and treatments to patients, always respecting the rules of hygiene, safety, comfort, dignity, medical secret and patient confidentiality. Giving response to doctors’ requirements in case of an emergency
• Participating in the surveillance and monitoring of the patient and reporting to the Doctor any relevant information.
• Participating in the monitoring of nursing activities (correctly fill in patient files, etc.) and ensuring a relevant transfer of information between duty teams. Reporting any problem arising in the care unit, especially the loss, robbery or damage of equipment or medicines.
• Ensuring cleanliness of working environment (including facilities, material, linen, equipment, and carrying out the sorting and disposal of waste)
• Participating actively in the hospital platform (meetings, committee,.), trainings and in the basic health education sessions
• Performing minor maintenance and cleaning of the biomedical equipment following user manual and protocols. Alerting the supervisor in case of malfunctioning of any device.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To assist in attending staff matters regarding recruitment and selection, confirmation promotions and internal
transfers.

Duty Station: Tembo Nickel Project Site- Ngara

Duties and Responsibilities

• Attending all medical emergencies that may arise on site.
• Serve as a member of the mine rescue team on site and always show commitment.
• Assist in the equipment inspection and manage safe storage and readiness.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly activity plans.
• Conducting daily/weekly/monthly inspection of emergency equipment.
• Taking specimens from patients e.g. urine and blood
• Giving oral medication to patients as prescribed.
• Administering intra-muscular injections as prescribed.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Completion of Secondary Education and Diploma in Nursing/Clinical Officer and a Paramedic.
• Qualification issued by accredited authority such as BLS, ACLS, ITLS and critical care monitoring

Duties and Responsibilities

• Evaluate MRP daily, generate purchase orders in timely manner, resolve material issues/shortages, support
responsible inventory management practices and reporting to help achieve KPI goals.
• Negotiate pricing and terms for parts and services and establishes strategic stocking plans and/or blanket
purchase agreements with vendors, subject to management approval.

7: RAP OFFICER-NGARA

Position Summary:

Tembo Nickel is seeking to recruit RAP Officer to join Tembo Nickel Project Team. RAP Officer will support the Community Relations and Social Performance Manager in implementing the Tembo Nickle RAP by promoting a clear understanding of the Tembo Nickel Resettlement implementation activities amongst the PAPs and local communities.

This is a Fixed Term contract of 1 Year and the successful candidate will report to the RAP Lead

Duty Station: Tembo Nickel Project Site- Ngara

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between TN and identified local stakeholders. Assist with key studies and research with a social aspect e.g., Environmental & Social Impact Assessment and Health Impact Assessment
• Facilitate key Project work streams that have a community interface e.g., resettlement and exploration/surface drilling.
• Assist other Project departments (e.g., Security and Health, Safety & Environment) to identify and plan mitigation strategies for key social impacts.
• Write and submit all relevant reports (e.g., stakeholder engagement report, weekly report etc) to the Community Relations Lead for review and submission.
• Participate on development of department plans, monitoring and evaluation of department activities.

Position Summary:

Tembo Nickel is seeking to recruit an Emergence Response Team Coordinator to join Tembo Nickel Project Team.This role is based at Kabanga. The ERT Coordinator ensures provision of emergency response leadership, lead the Emergency Response Team (ERT) to the rescue event, and provides basic training related to evacuation plan, emergency exits, and ERT training.

• Ensure total compliance/adherence to all safety, occupational health, and safety policies and procedures as well as policies and procedures, and guidelines.
• Follow work schedules to maximize efficiency, taking into consideration roles and responsibilities in cooperation with other team members.
• Responsible for incidents, including natural disasters (Fire and water rescue), and assess the situation to determine the level of response required and assist with any other accident/incident onsite and offsite.
• Identify all unsafe acts, situations, and hazards within ERT training and real emergency.
• Ensure all fire equipment inspection and rescue, ensure fire extinguishers are properly inspected, and update records on the register.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute developed environmental management plans, programs, and strategies on site.
