MBEYA: 30 POSITIONS
IRINGA: 10 POSITIONS
ARUSHА: 10 POSITIONS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promote and sell the company’s products and services
Identify, recruit and onboard new customers
Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
Consistently achieve assigned sales targets
Prepare and submit daily sales performance reports
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of Form IV Secondary Education Examination Certificate
Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any field is an added advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Prior sales experience is a preferred added advantage
Ability to work independently and deliver results
Must be honest, hardworking, and customer-focused
High integrity, honesty, strong work ethic, and a customer-first mindset
