1: Customer Experience Manager

Location: Dar es Salaam, Sokoine Drive

Experience Required: 10+ Years

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Statistics or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification an advantage.
Customer value management experience spanning segmentation, retention, cross-sell and lifetime-value measurement.
Journey mapping, voice-of-customer research and service design across multiple channels.
At least one end-to-end CRM or customer-data-platform implementation delivered to production; vendor management experience.
Working knowledge of data protection; proven ability to turn customer insight into adopted product decisions.
Ability to use approved AI tools for customer research and analytics, and verify outputs against source evidence.

EXPERIENCE

10+ years in customer experience, customer operations or CRM leadership, including ownership of a Group-level or multi-brand programme.

2: Data Analyst Manager

Location: Dar es Salaam, Sokoine Drive

Experience Required: 8+ Years

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Actuarial Science, Engineering or a quantitative discipline.
Proven ownership of finance or commercial data pipelines across multiple entities or systems, including reconciliation and release controls.
Strong SQL and Python or R; ETL/ELT tooling, warehouse or lakehouse modelling and BI platforms.
Working knowledge of financial reconciliation and data protection.
ERP, dealer-management and CRM data experience strongly preferred.
Ability to use approved AI tools for pipeline development, testing and queries, and verify outputs against source data.

EXPERIENCE

8+ years in data engineering, business intelligence or data management, including at least 3 years leading a small team.

3: Mobility Solutions Head

Location: Dar es Salaam, Sokoine Drive

Experience Required: 10+ Years

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or a related discipline; MBA an advantage.
Experience in at least two of the following:
- Marketplace/e-commerce.
- Fleet management/telematics.
- EV charging/energy infrastructure.
- Consumer lending/asset finance/fintech.
Track record of scaling a business and winning customers beyond a parent group.
Experience leading specialist managers and delivering vendor-led platforms to deadlines.
Strong capital allocation, business-case and build-versus-buy decision skills.
Ability to use approved AI tools for market analysis and platform planning, and verify outputs against source evidence.

EXPERIENCE

10+ years in commercial leadership with full P&L ownership of a business unit or standalone digital, platform or asset-based business.

3: Pricing & Product Head

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Commerce or Engineering.
CPA, ACCA, CFA or a pricing certification strongly preferred; MBA an advantage.
Experience across more than one business model:
- Franchise/distribution.
- Parts and labour services.
- Leasing.
- Financial services.
- Platforms.
Proven ability to build and implement margin-floor or pricing-governance frameworks.
Strong financial modelling, policy drafting and committee governance skills.
Ability to use approved AI tools for analysis and policy work, and verify outputs against source data.
