1: Credit Manager
Job Description
- Responsible for the review and approval of commercial credit proposals, Credit assessment and credit worthiness of the customer.
- Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
- Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants’ credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
- File Verification in terms of established credit guidelines, process and approval, maintain a good balance between returns and risks exposure,
- Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy.
- Stay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products to better meet customers’ needs.
- Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Market financial products to individuals and firms, promoting AFCL services that may meet customers’ needs.
- Updating and submitting monthly data to credit bureau as per banking regulations, updating and preparing daily reports.

2: Loan Recovery Officer
Job Description
- Vehicle Recovery: Locate and recover vehicles from customers who have defaulted on their loan payments and work in shifts as required.
- Critical Response: Remain vigilant and respond immediately and appropriately to any threat alerts, taking the necessary action on the ground.
- Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations to determine the location of vehicles, which may include surveillance, interviews, and the review of public records.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all recovery activities, including dates, times, locations of recovered vehicles, and interactions with customers.
- Compliance: Ensure all recovery and repossession activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, compliance requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, explaining the recovery process and their rights.
- Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of team members and the public during recovery and repossession activities.

3: Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Description
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and conduct market research on competitor products and services.
- Design and implement marketing plans for company products in coordination with media representatives, sponsors, and other stakeholders.

Implement and maintain effective systems and processes for loan assessment, disbursement, collections, customer service delivery, and insurance claim management.
Regularly evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of operational systems and processes against organizational objectives and implement necessary improvements.
Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve workflow efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and minimize operational risks.
Contribute to system implementation projects, particularly the Loan Management System (LMS), by providing operational requirements, design inputs, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation reviews.
Conduct regular branch visits to assess operational performance, compliance, documentation standards, and customer service quality.
Support the development and execution of business expansion strategies, including the identification of new branch locations, readiness assessments, and the operational setup of new branches.
Translate strategic expansion goals into operational plans covering staffing, infrastructure, system readiness, and process rollouts for new locations.
Monitor branch performance against budgets and recommend interventions to improve productivity, efficiency, and market penetration.
Assist the Head of Operations and the CEO in the development, review, and implementation of operational policies, standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

5: Control Room Officer
Job Description
- Check all newly installed GPS devices to ensure they are functioning properly and coordinate with the vendor or technical team for any issues.
- Prepare daily reports on GPS installations, device inspections, and device replacements.
- Monitor alerts and non-responsive devices in real time and coordinate with vendors or the field recovery team as required.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely rectification and root cause analysis of non-responsive GPS devices and other actionable vehicle alerts.
- Immobilize vehicles when required, based on management requests or as per the SOP, where immobilizers are installed.
- Provide support to technicians, supervisors, and the Unit Head whenever required.
- Generate and submit periodic reports and control room-related reports as requested by the operations and management team.
- Support field coordinators in the allocation of technicians and ensure smooth operational activities.
