1: Integration Specialist
Reporting Line: Head – Digital Applications
Job Purpose
Provide and manage end to end technical integration expertise to banking and business applications and
integrate with ESB and API services. Collaboratively participates in business requirements gathering sessions and documents technical specifications.
Duties
Advanced technical proficiency in Java, XML, XSLT, JSON and XPath is required to undertake code reviews.
Create API Specifications like WSDL, YAML/RAML documents as API contracts for development
team.
Work will span all parts of the software engineering lifecycle, with a focus on middleware development utilizing the Java/J2EE/Spring/Struts platform and databases.
Use middleware technologies to support and maintain existing application interfaces
Create new interfaces for a wide range of commercial applications, as well as write functional
and technical specifications.
Directly communicate with other IT application owners to give middleware technical support
and help.
Take part in middleware tool version updates and migrations.
Implement new technologies to improve the infrastructure environment for middleware tools.
Managing data security and data protection requirements for developed solutions.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
Work Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in development, managing and supporting middleware / SOА application in a financial environment.

2: Systems Engineer (Network)
Reporting Line: Head – Infrastructure
Job Purpose
As a team lead Enterprise Applications, you will lead diversified team environment to support, maintain,
document Microsoft technologies which support organization business process and employee
productivity while maintaining security.
Duties
Serves as subject matter expert (SME) on the Windows Server Operating System architecture and
the Active Directory Domain in a mission-critical enterprise production environment.
Provide Tier 2/3 support for issues on Microsoft Infrastructure (troubleshooting and diagnosis) for
Hybrid environments involving on-premise and cloud platform.
Interfaces & collaborate with internal and external senior technical engineers to design new
solutions and/or troubleshoot technical problems.
Independently researches and resolves highly complex technical problems.
Continuously investigate and mitigate security vulnerabilities within Microsoft Infrastructure.
Perform daily, weekly maintenance routines by proactively actioning on alerts from Monitoring
systems related to the above technologies.
Manage MS subscriptions, licenses, and Identity management and automations using PowerShell,
other scripting languages or Microsoft Graph APІ.
Create and implement automated processes that reduce manual efforts and increase overall
efficiency and scalability.
Assist with the creation and modification of all documentation/knowledge articles regarding
installation, configuration procedures, system documentation, and Standard Operation Manuals.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science or related academic field from a recognized
higher learning institution.
Work Experience
Minimum of 5 years overall IT experience with 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Identity
technologies including Active Directory, Windows File Services,and Group Policies.
Personal Attributes
Experience working with Microsoft Identity technologies including Active Directory, Windows File
Services, and Group Policies.
Expert knowledge in administering Active Directory (AD) and GPO’s.
Expert knowledge of AD, ADFS, PKI in Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R2.
3: System Administrator – Enterprise, Servers & Storage, Data Centre
Reporting Line: Head – Infra, Comms & Enterprise Systems
Job Purpose
The IT Server, Storage & Backup Specialist designs, installs, configures, tests, manages, monitors, supports, and troubleshoots all server, storage & backup components of the bank’s Data Center, disaster recovery site and other remote locations.
Duties
Oversee the infrastructure platform for the bank’s data center servers, networks and storage fabric,
inclusive of ongoing architecture, management, and business continuity strategies for the same.
Leads migration to new technologies, evaluates processing performance relating to machine
utilization and reliability, and forecasts financial, physical, and human resources needs to meet
established objectives.
Designs, builds, configures, installs, monitors and supports the physical and virtual server
environment, including various platforms and vendors for the entire bank estate.
Designs, configures, manages and monitors highly scalable physical and virtual storage environment,
including multiple SAN’s, NAS’s and other storage devices for the entire bank estate.
Patch management – monitor all servers to make sure all the latest critical updates are successfully
installed on them – and to put in quotas and any settings that increase efficiency and uptime.
Monitor all the bank’s networks to ensure optimum uptime; follow up with vendors to ensure that
any issues are addressed promptly.
Designs, configures, manages and monitors data backup environment, including off-site disaster
recovery, tape libraries, and file recovery utilizing multiple vendor solutions.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, however, a Master’s degree in IT would be an added advantage
Work Experience
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position in a leading institution.
Personal Attributes
Data Center Network integration and operation experience
Experience in Network design, auditing, and implementation
Understanding of Data Center networks as well as application access and flow
Very high-level expertise in Network troubleshooting
