1: Position: Network & Distribution Head

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in:
  • Business
  • Commerce
  • Engineering
  • Economics
• MBA is an advantage.
• Proven delivery of site or network roll-outs supported by documented return cases.
• After-sales and service-centre economics experience is strongly preferred.
• Deal structuring and partner negotiation experience.
• Experience working with Legal on agreements.
• Strong network economics.
• Strong project delivery capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate across business units.
• Ability to use approved AI tools for:
  • Research
  • Business cases
• Ability to verify AI-generated outputs against source evidence.

EXPERIENCE

• 10+ years of experience in network or retail development.
• Experience should include franchise or dealer network experience.

2: Position: Commercial Analyst (Network & Distribution)

Location: Dar es Salaam, Sokoine Drive

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in:
  • Finance
  • Economics
  • Real Estate
  • Engineering
  • Business
• Strong financial modelling skills, including:
  • Discounted cash flow
  • IRR
  • Payback
  • Sensitivity analysis
• Ability to build site and venture business cases and analyse shared-site costs and returns.
• GIS or catchment-analysis exposure is an advantage.
• SQL is an advantage.
• BI tooling is an advantage.
• Ability to provide clear written recommendations.
• Rigorous approach to assumptions and post-investment review.
• Ability to use approved AI tools for:
  • Research
  • Modelling
  • Investment cases
• Ability to verify AI-generated outputs against source evidence.

EXPERIENCE

• 6+ years of experience in:
  • Investment analysis
  • Network or retail development analytics
