Responsibilities

Conduct feasibility studies to determine ICT standards and align with Office business processes.

Assist users in developing functional requirements and coordinate communication with IT developers to develop appropriate technical specifications.

Manage and coordinate User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and quality assurance for new or modified software.

Review IT system documentation including user guides and technical manuals provided by system developers.

Analyze and manage IT system change requests.

Prepare, review and maintain a repository of business systems specifications, standards and procedures.

Ensure that IT system requirements are well documented, fully understood by all stakeholders, and signed off by business users.

Assist in preparing documentation of current processes (“As-Is”) and designing targeted processes (“To-Be”).

Prepare technical documents containing technical specifications and code documentation for systems.

Review all systems and prepare reports.

Perform other duties related to the job as directed by his/her Manager

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Must be a Zanzibari, not exceeding 46 years of age

Must have a first degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Security from a university recognized by the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar.

Duties

Design, write (coding) and debug computer programs based on various application platforms (such as web, mobile, desktop, etc.), operating systems, programming languages, database management systems, as well as conducting program analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, program reviews, code specification identification, system risk analysis and program reliability.

Participate and assist in user requirements analysis, prototyping, new feature development, program maintenance, integration of technological components, testing and deployment; as well as design, write and debug web and mobile programs using various programming languages.

Perform program performance tuning, system improvements, load balancing, usability and automation.

Integrate programs with other existing systems.

Assist in identifying, investigating and resolving common computer software problems.

Prepare technical documentation and code documentation.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Must be a Zanzibari, not exceeding 46 years of age

Must have a first degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering,

Information Technology from a university recognized by the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar

Duties

Collecting market information on assets or products to estimate the market value of Government assets to be sold;

Participating in the preparation of valuation reports on Government assets or products to be sold at auctions;

Preparing schedules for conducting valuations of Government assets or products in Government Institutions;

Storing and maintaining valuation reports on Government assets and products;

Collecting information on the implementation of valuation activities on assets and products for the preparation of reports;

Performing other tasks consistent with his/her duties as assigned by his/her superior.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Must be a Zanzibari, not exceeding 46 years of age

Must have a first degree in Land Management and Valuation from a university recognized by the

Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar.

Duties

Collecting property information for registration in the Government Property Register;

Identifying public property that needs to be transferred through the system;

Registering public property information in the property register and system;

Maintaining the Government Property Register;

Preparing materials for training on the proper use of the Government Property System for employees;

Performing other tasks consistent with his/her duties as assigned by his/her superior.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Must be a Zanzibari, not exceeding 46 years of age

Must have a first degree in the field of Property Management or Financial Management or Finance and Investment (Real Estate Financial and Investment) from a university recognized by the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar.
