New Vacancies at CCBRT March 2026, Comprehensive Community Based Rehabilitation in Tanzania (CCBRT) aimsto be the preferred provider of accessible specialized health services in Africa and serves as healthcare social enterprise and through development programs in the community and the most vulnerable. Committed to preventing lifelong disabilities wherever possible, CCBRT is also engaged in extensive maternal and newborn healthcare (MNHC) activities including obstetric fistula repairs. Its Maternity and Newborn Wing serves as a referral Centre for high risk and emergency deliveries in the region of Dar es Salaam and the Eastern Zone of Tanzania.

1: Junior Human Resource Business Partner

In order to strengthen the Human Resource Department, we are looking for an energetic, analytical HR Professional who will assist in the provision of all HR services towards our business units.

Your role

The Junior Human Resources Business Partner (JHRBP) is responsible for supporting the effective delivery of HR services using the HR Business Partnering approach. You will help to assess client needs, interpret and apply the CCBRT HR strategy and policies, rules and regulations, contribute to establishing internal procedures and providing solutions to a wide spectrum of complex HR issues.

As JHR Business Partner, you deliver a value-added service to line managers and employees by working in close collaboration with the line managers on all staff management issues.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for all HR matters for allocated departments that you serveasHRBP.

This includes all HR administration (compliance matters, leave), Performance Management, Recruitment &Selection, Training Needs assessment, Expatriate management, Disciplinary support etc. As part of the HR team, you also will assist in the payroll administration and HRIS implementation.

Your qualifications and work experience

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related study

● Minimal 2 years of professional experience in business environment conducting performance analysis and reporting with primary data collection, design of forms and data analysis

● Experience with Payroll administration

● Experience in Expatriate management processes i.e. VISA, Work and Residence permit etc. ● Have the ability to plan, organize, and structure work

● Highly skilled in Excel, Word, and other word processing software programs

● Showcase good analytical and evaluative skills

● Ability to multitask

● Have good interpersonal skills and a client-oriented focus

● Proficient in both English and Swahili

● Ability to attain high level of confidentiality

2: Special Assignment: Costing of Hospital Services (Medical Doctor – Consultancy)

Objective of the Consultancy

The primary objective of this consultancy is to develop a comprehensive costing framework for hospital services by:

• Standardizing and validating the naming of hospital services

• Identifying all billable components (“ingredients”) of each service

• Producing itemized cost breakdowns and total cost per procedure

• Providing a solid basis for subsequent internal pricing and market survey exercises

Scope of Work

The selected consultants (Medical Doctors) will be expected to undertake the following:

I. Service Definition

• Review and validate the naming of all hospital services

• Ensure consistency with medical standards and patient understanding

II. Itemization of Service Components

• Identify all ingredients of each service (e.g., consumables, drugs, equipment usage, staff time)

• Distinguish between direct and indirect cost elements

III. Costing Exercise

• Develop detailed itemized costing for each service; Calculate total cost per procedure, surgery, or consultation; Clearly document assumptions, methodologies, and costing principles used

IV. Reporting

• Prepare a comprehensive report detailing service lists, itemized costs, methodologies, and total costs. Also Present findings to hospital management for validation and approval.

Deliverables

The consultant(s) will be required to submit:

1. A validated and standardized list of hospital services

2. Itemized costing sheets for each service/procedure

3. A final consultancy report summarizing methodology, assumptions, and total costs

4. A formal presentation to the Hospital Management Team

Duration

The consultancy will run for a maximum of six (6) weeks, commencing from 18th March 2026

Required Qualifications

• Medical Doctor with clinical experience in hospital settings

• Strong understanding of hospital operations, procedures, and billing systems

• Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills

• Prior experience in costing, financial analysis, or health economics is an added advantage

Reporting and Supervision: The consultant will report directly to the Head of Finance Department.

Confidentiality

All data, documentation, and findings generated during the consultancy remain the property of the hospital and must be treated with strict confidentiality.

The selected consultant must ensure that the following documents are submitted to the CCBRT HR.

Department at the start of the assignment: Certified copies of academic and professional certificates,

Certified copies of additional qualifications (if applicable) and any additional relevant information as requested by HR or the designated coordinator.
