1: Inspection Lead
Job Description

Qualifications / Experience Required:
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor level or similar Mechanics or Materials Engineer (or equivalent) with emphasis on mechanics, materials, metallurgy, and corrosion.
Knowledge of Oil & Gas process equipment, technology, and pipeline.
Good knowledge of international Codes, Standards and Regulation related to the inspection discipline (ASME, API, NACE…).
Good knowledge of materials, metallurgy, welding, corrosion, failure modes, Non-Destructive Testing, and inspection techniques.
Knowledge of RBI methodology (Risk Based Inspection)
Good knowledge of CMIMS (Computerized Maintenance & Inspection Management System).
Good knowledge in Fitness for Service assessment methods (API RP 579, ASME, DNV…)
Proficiency in oral and written English
Experience Required:
Minimum 10 years’ experience as supervisor or leader in inspection related activities in the Oil & Gas industry or Refinery or Petrochemical Site.
Experience in Full Field shut down inspection scope preparation and follow up.
ERB Registration as a Professional Engineer.
2: Position: Health & Safety Advisor
Job Brief
H&S Advisor will assist the H&S Lead by providing input to the development of targeted HSE Improvement Plans and associated support documents. Monitor H&S alignment with approved Plans and build / maintain solid relationships by proactively engaging with Company, Partners and Contractors.
The role will participate in project Go / No-go H&S reviews for project mobilisation, supporting contractor HSE assessments, evaluations and pre-qualifications as required. Provide support and participate within H&S Risk Assessments and monitoring of sites and offices to verify implementation of HSE Management Program.
Qualifications / Experience Required
Preferably an internationally recognized HSE certificate, combined with five (5) years’ field experience. Company may accept a local HSE certification combined with suitable field experience that support the execution of the onshore Pipeline and related AGI, MST facilities and EITS infrastructure works scopes
5 years construction experience preferred
Knowledge and understanding of HSE management systems.
Experience in reviewing HSE metrics to report accurate KPI’s and potential non-compliance status back to the project management team
Required Competencies
Competency within industry applications such as, MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Vision
Demonstrated knowledge of safety compliance, risk controls and site HSE hierarchy
Advanced written and spoken English
A high focus on identifying and meeting the key project deliverables and HSE objectives.
Knowledge of project HSE strategy and commitments regarding execution, and field safety inspections.
Knowledge within the interpretation of HSE, plans, policies, and regulations.

Knowledge of PTW systems of work and the controls process for approvals
Demonstrated communication skills including the ability to articulate safety concerns and solutions with teams consisting of individuals with various technical and educational backgrounds.
Facilitate Incident investigations and assurance with regards actions identified
Autonomous, self-motivated, and flexible with the ability to adapt quickly to change or shifting priorities.
3: Materials Logistics Coordinator

Experience Required:
Good level in English required.
Knowledge of the processes used in operational logistics: transportation regulations practices, routes, contacts, best practices.
At least 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong logistics planning skills
Ability to multitask.
Knowledge of DG regulations (IMDG, IATA, ADR)/DG handling Training by GCLA-preferred
