Summary Description
Carry out tasks related to the budgetary and accounting management of the post
Support the General Secretariat (SGA) team in the administrative monitoring of agents and management of works
Serve as the Head of the Visa service
Conduct the instruction of visa application files
Provide occasional assistance on French administration subjects (specifically social affairs)
Act as a partner to the agent in charge of miscellaneous chancery affairs and the manager
Main Activities
SGA (General Secretariat)
Enter budgetary acts of prescribing services
Verify supporting documents and control files before payment
Handle cash funds and dematerialized payments
Assist prescribing services, particularly through the production of restitutions
Ensure administrative management of local and permanent agents (leave, recovery, SAGAIE…)
Supervise the three agents of the Residence
Participate in the monitoring of real estate works
Consular
Apply and control the correct use of visa regulations
Perform verification, instruction, and decision-making on visa application files
Participate in daily monitoring and control of the service provider’s activity
Inform the head of chancery
Participate in reflections on improving the quality of services rendered
Organize and plan the team’s work and provide professional support to the visa agent
