1: Supervisor- Quality Control
Job Description
Ensure chemical solution preparation as per requirements.
Ensure chemical dosage is maintained as per requirements.
Ensure mineral-blended water meets the required chemical parameters.
Conduct chemical analysis of water at various levels as per the established frequency.
Maintain all required records.
Conduct external water testing as per the established frequency and ensure all parameters are within the specified limits. Initiate action plans if limits are exceeded.
Maintain GMP and housekeeping standards.
Regularly check and inspect all filters to ensure adequate filtration.
Maintain the filter cartridge replacement frequency as required.
Ensure zero production breakdown due to filtration issues.
Maintain proper water labels on raw water tanks.
Maintain stock ledger records for issued and received materials in the filtration area.
Prevent any leakages or contamination.
Ensure syrup preparation aligns with the production plan.
Ensure proper filtration and preparation of simple syrup.
Ensure ready syrup batches are prepared as per requirements.
Measure sugar, emulsion, and chemicals as per batch requirements.
Ensure the correct mixing sequence for emulsion, flavour, and chemicals.
Ensure effective UHT operation and maintain the required temperature.
Record the correct batch numbers and expiry dates in reports for traceability.
Maintain proper documentation for all syrup preparation reports, including CIP and UHT records.
2: Filling Machine Operator
Ensure a good understanding of the machine SOP.
Prepare and maintain the daily log sheet accurately.
Inform the Reporting Officer immediately in case of any machine breakdown.
Operate the machine for all pack sizes and flavours as required.
Ensure that machine settings comply with the established standards.
Ensure that GHP and GMP guidelines are followed in accordance with the machine SOP.
Ensure that the maintenance schedule is completed on time and adhere to the assigned task list.
Maintain safe custody of tools, machine components, and change parts.
Take responsibility for all machine parts and components during maintenance and any idle time.
Strictly adhere to shift reporting times and break schedules.
3: Supervisor
Job Description
Understand the production plan and allocate manpower to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure the availability of all materials as per the production plan.
Strictly monitor and record the shift reporting times and break timings of operators and daily-paid workers.
Ensure safety for all activities taking place on the production floor.
Provide timely feedback to the Reporting Officer regarding machine maintenance, performance, and breakdowns.
Control the movement of manpower and allocate them to other tasks during machine idle time.
Ensure that the daily log sheet is duly filled out and maintained by the operators.
Ensure proper housekeeping in the work area.
Do not leave the machine or work area without handing over the charge. Obtain permission from the Reporting Officer before leaving.
4: Boiler Operator
Job Description
To operate and adjust high-pressure gas, oil, and WHR boilers in the steam-generating plant.
To maintain maximum boiler efficiency by adjusting, reading, and interpreting gauges, indicators, and steam flow meters.
To maintain oil heaters, pumps, oil storage, and gas distribution facilities and equipment.
To operate the steam plant as the situation warrants on natural gas, or WHRB.
To observe boiler plant operations through the use of electronic or pneumatic controls, pressure gauges, and safety devices.
To supervise or perform the chemical testing and treatment of boiler feed water.
To maintain various records and reports relative to steam plant operations.
To make regular checks of plant equipment and make adjustments, repairs, and services equipment as required.
Thorough knowledge of the proper operation and maintenance of high-pressure steam generation plant equipment.
5: Forklift Operator
Job Description
Loading and Unloading:Â Safely loading/unloading trucks, containers, and trailers, ensuring items are properly stacked and secured.
Material Transport:Â Moving raw materials to production areas and finished goods to storage or dispatch areas.
Warehouse Organization:Â Stacking and organizing inventory in designated, safe locations to maximize storage efficiency.
Equipment Maintenance:Â Conducting daily inspections of the forklift (fuel levels, tires, hydraulic systems) and performing minor maintenance or reporting faults to supervisors.
Safety Compliance:Â Adhering to all health and safety regulations (OSHA or local standards) to maintain a secure working environment
6: Mold Technician
Job Description
Ensure a good understanding of the machine SOP.
Ensure that daily lubrication is carried out before machine start-up.

Rectify faults promptly to reduce downtime.
