New Vacancies at Malinyi District May 2026, The Executive Director of Malinyi District Council invites qualified Tanzanians to apply for two (2) positions in this Council after obtaining approval from the President’s Office, Public Service Management and Good Governance with the following breakdown:-
1.2 OFFICE EXECUTIVE POSITION 2
1.1 DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
i. Typing letters, reports and regular and confidential documents;
ii. Receiving visitors and asking them about their problems and explaining to them where they can be helped;
iii. Maintaining records of events, appointments, dates of meetings, trips of the Head and other work schedules;
iv. Searching for files and documents required in the implementation of work duties;
v. Receiving files and distributing them to Officers in the relevant Department/Unit/section;
vi. Collecting, maintaining and returning files and documents to the relevant section;
vii. Organizing notes and making preparations for various meetings;
viii. Preparing a list of office equipment requirements; and
ix. Performing other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor.
1.1.1 QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT
Form Four or Form Six graduates with a Diploma (Diploma in Accounting) or NTA Level 6 Certificate in Accounting or a passing score in Kiswahili and English at 100 words per minute and
2. Possession of office software such as; Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet, E-mail and Publisher from any Government-recognized institution.

2. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS
i. All applicants must be Tanzanian citizens and between 18 and 45 years of age.

iv. Applicants who are already Public Servants and have acquired qualifications for entry into a cadre other than their current one should forward their application letters to their employers and their employers should be satisfied.

vi. All applications must be accompanied by educational and professional certificates certified by a lawyer, which are Form Four or Six certificates for those who have reached that level and certificates of completion of various courses based on the qualifications of the relevant job.
Diploma/Certificate, – Form Four (IV) and Six (VI) Examination Certificate, – Computer Certificate, – Professional Certificate from Respective Boards;
vii. Testimonial, “Provisional Results”, “Statement of Results”, Form Four and Form Six (FORM IV AND FORM VI RESULTS SLIPS) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
viii. Applicants who studied abroad should ensure that their certificates have been verified and certified by the relevant Authorities (TCU, NECTA and NACTE).
ix. Applicants who have retired from the Public Service are not allowed to apply unless they have permission from the Principal Secretary.
x. Applicants who are already employed in entry-level positions in the Public Service should not apply and should adhere to the instructions contained in Document No. CAC.45/257/01/D/140 dated 30th November, 2010.
xi. Submission of false information and qualifications will be subject to legal action.
