POSITIONS:
1: Assistant 1 – Grade Control
OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
To execute and maintain quality RC drilling process by ensuring quality samples are recovered from RC drilling rigs.
Collect and document accurate data into Tally sheets, reports and other adopted systems and ensure that sample contamination and sample loss are minimised
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

2: Geologist 3 – Exploration
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead cross‑functional technical reviews to challenge geological interpretations, drilling strategies, and target prioritization.
- Develop medium‑ to long‑term exploration roadmaps incorporating risk assessment, confidence levels, and resource growth expectations.
- Align project strategies with Life-of-Mine requirements, ensuring exploration work supports business continuity and future mining options.
- Oversee multi‑dataset integration (geophysics, geochemistry, structural mapping, drilling results) to refine targeting accuracy.
- Validate and approve geological models generated by junior geologists, ensuring consistency with resource estimation standards.
- Lead structural interpretation workshops to improve understanding of mineralization controls across multiple deposits.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills

3: Guard Security
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Adhere to all safety standards and high-risk security standard procedures.
- Monitor and control the entry and exit of all staff, contractors, and visitors by verifying ID cards and gate pass authorizations.
- Manage delivery vehicles by verifying authorized forms and providing escorts within the process plant.
- Conduct thorough vehicle and personal searches at all access points and search cubicles.
- Ensure only authorized materials are removed from the plant through the Waybill system.
- Maintain airlock housekeeping to ensure the area remains free of gold-bearing materials.
- Perform foot patrols of the gold processing plant and perimeter to inspect for faults in fencing or lighting.
- Conduct interior patrols and disruptive searches within high-risk areas to prevent unauthorized entry.

- Conduct pit, stockpile, and mining limit surveys to ensure excavation aligns with approved designs.
- Set out drill and blast patterns, grade control holes, exploration holes, and other key survey requirements.
