1: Revenue Assurance Operations Manager 

Eligibility Requirements

Bachelor of Science in computer engineering and information technology.

Minimum of 5+ years in Revenue Assurance, Billing, Finance Operations, Risk, or Internal Controls.

Professional certification in finance, audit, or RA is a plus.

Core Responsibilities

  • To systematically analyze possible frauds risk within the company.
  • To design policies & procedures to help the company prevent fraud and revenue leakage.
  • To prevent and detect external & internal fraud as well as revenue leakage.
  • To identify high risk areas & processes for fraud and revenue leakage and establish methods for detection, measurement & monitoring.
  • To analyse anomalies in different business processes that could mean potential risk for fraud.
  • To prepare training programs on Fraud for all employees.
  • To analyze the billing systems reports in order to prevent and detect fraud and revenue leakage.

2: IT Infrastructure Engineer

Eligibility Requirements

BSc. Computer engineering/ computer science / MBA.

2 years minimum working experience on server, storage Hardware and related components.

Core Responsibilities

  • Install and configure new databases and servers (SQL, MySQL, Oracle MongoDB, MariaDB Windows, Unix, Linux.) Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, OpenStack) and storages.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks such as backups, Monitoring, capacity planning and performance.
  • Diagnose and Identify problems that can affect database availability or performance. Assure technical service for installed equipment.
  • Ensure that databases installations are done according to recommended standards and servers installed with databases are neatly installed according to best practices within the datacentres.
  • Assist backup team to ensure that database nodes and servers backups are done appropriately.

3: Data Transformation Manager 

Eligibility Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

Minimum of 5+ years in analytics engineering, business intelligence, or data warehousing, with proven experience on data transformation focusing on post-loaded data manipulation.

Core Responsibilities

  • Data Transformation & Modelling – Design and implement scalable data transformation layers and business-ready data models to support analytics and reporting.
  • Process Mapping & Optimization – Document current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and redesign processes using appropriate tools.
  • Data Quality & Governance – Establish data quality controls, documentation standards, and governance frameworks to ensure metric consistency.
  • Stakeholder & Business Alignment – Translate business requirements and logic into standardized, reusable data models, SQL, or dbt code.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with data engineering, BI, analytics, and business teams to ensure solutions meet expectations and deliver value.

4: AI/ML Engineer

Eligibility Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s in data science, AI, Computer Science or related field.

3–4 years ML engineering experience. Telecom analytics experience preferred.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, train, evaluate, and refine machine learning models for use cases including customer churn prediction, revenue forecasting, anomaly detection, demand planning, customer segmentation, and network optimization.
  • Collaborate with DWH and data engineering teams to design data structures that support feature stores and ML training pipelines.
  • Implement security controls for AI/ML services, including access control, data protection, and secure inference.
  • Conduct data exploration, statistical analysis, and hypothesis testing to identify patterns and validate model assumptions.
  • Perform ML tests and statistical analysis to fine-tune model systems and improve accuracy, robustness, and interpretability.
  • Extend existing ML libraries, frameworks, and internal tools to meet evolving business needs.

Competencies

  • Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

5: Regional Stores Manager

Eligibility Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Stores/Retail management (telecom experience preferred).

Core Responsibilities

  • Champion a customer-first culture across all stores
  • Deliver targeted NPS and CSAT performance for the region
  • Ensure consistent execution of customer journeys and service standards
  • Actively monitor Voice of Customer (VoC) insights and implement improvement actions

  • Budgeting & Forecasting – Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking across business units in line with MSAs.
