Location: Missenyi, Kagera.
1: Open vacancy: ELECTRICAL MOTOR REWINDING TECHNICIAN (1 POST)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1) To perform motor rewinding up to 90 KW.
2) To perform general electrical machines service and repair.
3) To take care of the workshop electrical materials and tools.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
1) Holder of diploma in electrical or electronics engineering from a recognized institution.
2) Minimum of two (2) years of experience preferably in motor rewinding.
3) Knowledge in Microsoft packages such as Microsoft word and excel.
2: Open vacancy: Senior Superintendent (1 POST)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILLITIES
Perform trouble shooting procedure, diagnostic procedure for minor and major maintenance of
HDE
Installing complex automobile system
Build and assemble machines or mechanical component according to requirements
Inspect machines, engines, transmissions and run diagnostic test to discover functionality issues
Keep logs of work and report on issues
Plan repair procedures using charts manuals and experience
To supervise,Ensure efficient and effective utilization resources and Manage overtime requirements
Oversee the inspection and diagnosis of vehicle to communicate findings to the workshop engineer
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Diploma in automobile or mechanical engineering Proven experience of six years and above in repair and maintenance vehicles (Tipper truck) Valid driver’s license
Excellent organizational, communication and problem -solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing schedules and priorities
Knowledge of light vehicles, safety standard, and compliance requirement.
3: Section Engeneer
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Engineering or Automobile engineering or related field
Proven four years of experience and above in planning /Heavy plant/Implement.
Excellent or generational, communication and problem solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing schedules and priorities
Safety standards, and compliance requirements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise, manage and Motivate staff within the operation of workshop to achieve quality
Design and develop automobile components and system ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Work effectively scheduled to meet deadlines, prioritizing and managing time and process
communicates with management and end user to help determine the appropriate action plan to resolve issues
Monitor cost and expenses as it relates to projects, service and parts Installing complex automobile system (Engine overhaul, Hydraulic system components overhaul, and transmission system per manufacture standard
Involved in physical conduct of major and minor repair of Machines with a high level of engineering concept
Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor
