Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Operating the process equipment according to work instructions and adhering to usage standards
Carrying out the required quality checks as described in the quality control and analysis work practice
Recording waste on the appropriate documentation or information systems and reviewing waste trends to identify and resolve problems or opportunities timeously
Constantly reviewing process performance against target and completing all short interval control documentation

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and automated machinery and related control systems
Ensure machine uptime by improving engineering response times
Drive loss elimination on all production lines
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly condition monitoring is performed
Ensure contractors working on electrical equipment comply with all safety rules
Ensure machine guards, safety switches, and indicators are functional
Ensure all equipment panels are clean, dry, closed, and properly labeled
Ensure cables are clean, secured, labeled, and properly arranged in trays
Ensure breakers and fuses are correctly rated and functioning
Ensure no vibrating or faulty relays/contactors in panels
Ensure filters and panel cooling systems are clean and functional
