The hospital has a functional HFGC for supervision of all hospital functions and an active HMT for accomplishing all hospital functions at their respective departments.
There is a vigorously Quality Improvement Team (QIT) which spearheads the Working Improvement Teams (WIT) as per department for the quality assurance of all departmental activities within our Hospital according to SOPs.
