1: Order To Cash Manager
Job Purpose
The successful candidate will be responsible for all finance activities within the Order to Cash process including
managing the customer credit portfolio, accounts receivable invoicing and collection, cash
application activities, managing month end accounts receivable procedures and preparing accounts
receivables and collections budgets and forecasts and promote increased profitability through the management
of customer credit risk profiles in accordance with Credit Policy and Procedures
Job Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
3-5 years’ experience in Accountancy with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
CPA(T), ACCA Certification will be an added advantage
Experience using SAP or equivalent ERP systems will be an added advantage
2: Artisan Boilermaker
Job Profile
The successful candidate will be responsible to fabricate structural steel items and their associated components also Welding out components as it supposed and when required.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Trade Test qualified boilermaker (Certificate III or II Engineering Fabrication).
Experience in fabricating and welding structural steel used in building construction.
At least three years’ experience in advanced welding and fabrications.
Demonstrated high level of written and oral communication skills so as to be able to liaise with internal and external customers from diverse trade and professional backgrounds, with a commitment to achieving a high standard of
customer satisfaction.
Self-motivated.
Reliability, trustworthiness and honesty.
Job planning ability.
Work autonomously and meet deadlines set by workload.
3: Material Coordinator
Job Profile:
The successful candidate will be responsible to supervise the safe, efficient and compliant handling, storage and movement of all chemicals used in the plant as well to manage chemical inventory within process areas and coordinate logistics with the main stores to ensure timely availability of required chemicals.
Job Requirements:
Form 6 or A Level Secondary Education with Mathematics and Science
Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry /Production Management is an added advantage
Exposure to a production environment
Experience in a chemical manufacturing facility
Comprehensive literacy and numeracy knowledge
4: Laboratory Technician
Job Profile:
The successful candidate will be responsible to supervise lab employees to ensure safe production of quality products that meet all targets and standards.
Job Requirements:
BSc Degree (Laboratory Technology, Analytical Chemistry or Chemical Engineering) or Diploma in Laboratory Technology
3 years laboratory experience, preferably some with CaneLab
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
2+ years in supervisory Role.
5: Artisan Mechanical Maintenance
Job Purpose:
The successful candidate will be responsible to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems to ensure their safe and efficient operation, supporting the organization’s goals.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
Full Technician Certificate in Mechanical (essential technical skills in maintenance, repair, and installation)
2+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in mechanical maintenance, repair, and installation preferably sugar manufacturing industries.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
Physical stamina and dexterity to handle machinery safely and perform manual tasks.
6: Snr Maintenance Worker- Mechanical
Job Purpose
The successful candidate will be responsible to ensures mechanical systems and equipment operate safely and reliably by performing inspections, repairs, and maintenance, helping prevent breakdowns and support organizational productivity
Qualifications And Experience.
Basic Technician Certificate or Trade Test Grade I/II in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
1-2 years in practical experience in maintenance work in a sugar manufacturing facilty.
Literacy and numeracy knowledge
Knowledge of Machine maintenance and repair
Safety procedures
Pumps and the operation there-of
High pressure vessel maintenance & Statutory
Basic Electrical and Instrumentation
Computer literacy
Fluent in speaking/reading/writing in English
Troubleshooting skills
Co-ordination and communication skills
Repair and overhaul of all Mechanical equipment
