Job Purpose:
To provide high-level executive, administrative, financial planning and coordination support to the Chief Technology & Digital Transformation by ensuring effective budget monitoring and reporting, efficient office and stakeholder management, timely preparation of reports and correspondence,
proper documentation and records management, and coordinated planning of departmental resources, headcount and key technology workstreams to enable smooth execution of the department’s strategic priorities.

Knowledge and Skills:

Job Purpose:
To oversee, supervise and coordinate the HR Transactions Services Unit to ensure staff Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, other HR transactions are operating efficiently and accurately while maintaining payroll standards and staff morale.

Job Purpose:
To grow/improve and maintain Asset portfolio quality, timely clearance of Audit issues, loan documentation also collaborates with other departments to facilitate customer engagement platforms and other events with key stakeholders.
Knowledge and Skills:

Sound understanding of Private Schemes and other unsecured personal lending products and services in the market.

Excellent knowledge of the private sector

Excellent knowledge of banking operations, regulatory requirements, procedures and financial markets in Tanzania.
