GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1. All applicants must be citizens of the United Republic of Tanzania and not exceed 45 years of age.
2. Applicants with disabilities are encouraged to apply and should
indicate their disability on the application form for the Public Service Employment Secretariat.
3. All applicants should attach a birth certificate certified by a Lawyer/Attorney.
4. Applicants who are employed in the Public Service, are NOT required to apply and are required to comply with the instructions contained in document number CAC45/257/01/D/140 dated 30 November 2010.
5. All applications should be accompanied by professional certificates, descriptions, copies of certificates certified by a Lawyer/Attorney which are birth certificates, certificates of completion of various courses based on the qualifications of the relevant job: Postgraduate/Degree/Advanced Diploma/Diploma/Certificates. 6. “Testmonials”, “Provisional Results”, “Statement of results”, Form IV and Form VI RESULTS SLIPS will NOT be accepted.
7. Applicants who studied outside Tanzania should ensure that their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant Authorities (TCU, NECTA and NACTVET). For applicants for cadres requiring ‘GPA’ who studied outside Tanzania, they should attach a ‘GPA’ calculation certificate from TCU.
8. Applicants who have retired from the Public Service are not allowed to apply unless they have the approval of the Principal Secretary.
9. Submission of false information and qualifications will be subject to legal action.
