7. Form two students at Mnazi mmoja secondary school were visiting Indian ocean shore where they observed landscape with different features at the bottom of the ocean that suplised them. In the next day their geography teacher told them to lead discussion about the scenario observed. You as a geography assist them.
(a) Identify the name given to the phenomena observed by the students at the bottom of the ocean.
(b) Mention five (5) features of the phenomena mentioned in (a) above.
(c) Point out two (2) benefits of the ocean in economic development.
8. Tanzania is among the country that receives many visitors throughout the year because of the presence of variety of tourist’s attraction. One day they visited Ngorongoro national park where they observed large number of animals moving from Tanzania across Kagera River to Maasai Mala-Kenya. As a geographer;
(a) What is the type of the activity done by the visitors?
(b) Outline two benefits of the activity mention in (a) above.
(c) Identify three negative impacts of the activity named in (a) above.
9. Mr. Mwita and his children were looking at the sky during the night, immediately they saw stars appears to make a circular movement from East to West, that made them interested with the phenomena. This scenario confuses Mr.Mwita, as a geographer;
