New Vacancies at Plan International October 2026

New Vacancies at Plan International October 2026, Plan International is an independent development and humanitarian organisation that advances children’s rights and equality for girls. We believe in the power and potential of every child but know this is often suppressed by poverty, violence, exclusion and discrimination. And it is girls who are most affected.

Working together with children, young people, supporters and partners, we strive for a just world, tackling the root causes of the challenges girls and vulnerable children face. We support children’s rights from birth until they reach adulthood and we enable children to prepare for and respond to crises and adversity. We drive changes in practice and policy at local, national and global levels using our reach, experience and knowledge.

For over 85 years, we have rallied other determined optimists to transform the lives of all children in more than 80 countries.

1: Community Engagement and Gender Officer

Background

This is an anticipated project to be implemented by GIZ in cooperation with the Ministry of Health (MoH) and the Prime Minister’s Office for Regional Administration and Local Government (PMO-RALG) as key partners. Implementation will focus on Tanga Region.  Subject to award, the contractor will implement all activities of outputs 2 and 3 of the project as indicated below

  1. Young people are empowered in dealing with sexual and reproductive health issues
  2. The environment for empowered choices is improved

These activities aim to support young people, particularly young women, to make informed and confident decisions about their health and future.
