1. LOGISTICS OFFICER
Bakhresa Food Products Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Logistics Officer to join our team in Dar es Salaam. The successful
candidate will be responsible for supporting efficient logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
Ensure timely delivery of goods in accordance with company requirements
Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate logistics documentation and records
Liaise with transporters, suppliers, clearing agents, and internal departments
Monitor inventory levels and support stock control and reconciliation
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
Address and resolve logistics-related issues and delays
Qualitifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience in logistics or supply chain operations
Strong understanding of logistics procedures and documentation
Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics systems is an added advantage

2. ELECTRICIAN
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical installations
Diagnose electrical faults and carry out corrective actions promptly
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies
Maintain electrical maintenance records and reports
Support production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime
Assist in installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment
Respond to electrical breakdowns and emergency repairs
Qualitifications & Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience as an Electrician
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and equipment
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics

3. MACHINE TECHNICIAN
Key Responsibilities
Operate, inspect, maintain, and repair production machines and equipment

Ensure machines operate efficiently and safely according to standards
Maintain maintenance records and machine service logs
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime

Qualitifications & Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
