1: Brand Experience Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Develop and implement comprehensive brand experience strategies that align with KCB Bank brand objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.

Conduct effective consumer research and insights that reveal both hidden and unhidden customer insights on the brand positioning.

Establish brand experience metrics and key performance indicators to measure impact and effectiveness.

Develop, maintain, and enforce the brand style guide to ensure consistent application across all platforms and touchpoints.

Ensure all marketing activities, including events and market activations, embed the desired brand identity and experience, and comply with brand standards.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Academic & Professional

Education Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Advertising any related field

Professional Course

Branding, Corporate Sponsorship Activations Strategy and any related certifications

Master’s degree MBA

Experience

2: Sustainability Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement, monitor, and evaluate the Bank’s sustainability strategy and programs in line with the KCBT Green Agenda.

Coordinate the roll out of sustainable policies and practices across departments, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

Train staff and integrate the Social and Environmental Management System (SEMS) into business processes.

Design and implement awareness programs for employees and other stakeholders through physical and e-learning platforms.

Coordinate and support internal business stakeholders in executing sustainability initiatives.

Develop and apply tools to assess, evaluate and monitor the viability or success of sustainability initiatives and programs.

Academic & Professional

Education Bachelor’s degree Any Arts, Social Sciences or Environmental studies or any related fields

Professional Qualifications Sustainability Training & Environmental and Social Risk Training

Master’s degree Any Arts or Social Sciences

3: Communications Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the execution of the internal and external communications work plans by drafting, editing, scheduling, and tracking content such as press release, staff bulletins, newsletters, speeches, and social media content.

Monitor media coverage and internal communication channels, flagging reputation risks and opportunities for engagement.

Maintain and update communication databases, contact lists, media archives, and content libraries.

Assist in managing relationships with internal teams, media contacts, and communication service providers.

Coordinate logistics for communication campaigns, events, interviews, and media briefings.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree Communications/ public relations/ any related field

Professional Qualifications: PR/Communications

4: Senior Marketing Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Oversee and lead the execution of comprehensive Brand Plan strategy supported and co-created with business and non-Business units, whilst ensuring alignment with the Bank’s brand strategy, marketing policies and procedures, leveraging on market insights and trends to drive business growth.

Lead the commercialization of new products and services, overseeing product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize sales and market penetration

Work with product owners – to develop appropriate and responsive systems and tools to market the bank’s products and services within Business Functions.

Ensure appropriate application of brand usage guidelines, marketing policies in the marketing of the Bank’s products and services as developed by the Business functions; and ensure consistency in the marketing of products and services across the Bank whilst attending to local uniqueness.

Provide expert support – in developing effective marketing strategies for relevant Business and non-business Functions of the Bank

Education

Bachelor’s degree Marketing

Professional Qualifications: Marketing Certification e.g. CIM or any other related certificate

Master’s degree Business Administration

5: Creative Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create, adapt and finalise minor creative artworks e.g. Job ads, Tender Notices, simple product artwork and all E-Shot campaigns for Internal and external communication, including resizing to fit specifications.

Proofread, select and check colours on all Bank artworks, making sure that each page of the Bank’s artwork and the document as a whole, is uncluttered and well balanced

Convert files and send the final product to the Bank’s Printing Companies or Web Agencies for online publishing for File Format enhancements.

Manage storage of copies of publications and artwork relating to the Bank’s communication activities.

Stay up to date with design trends and digital best practices to introduce innovative ideas that improve the bank’s creative approaches.
