New Vacancies at TPC Limited March 2026, TPC is our flagship operation, with a rich history dating back to the 1930s. Since acquiring TPC in 2000, we have grown this operation to become the largest employer in northern Tanzania, cultivating 8,000 hectares of land. Our factory capacity and sugar production have doubled in just over 20 years. We aim to continue our expansion on our domestic market through several new projects, including a distillery to maximize revenue from molasses.
Moreover, TPC also pioneered cogeneration in Tanzania and was the first company to enter into a Standardised Power Purchase Agreement with Tanesco, the national electricity provider. Our power plant supplies steam and electricity to our sugar factory and field irrigation network. We produce 90,000 MWh of electricity per season, with 17,000 MWh supplied to Tanesco.
1: Mechanical Fitter
NTA Level 4 or equivalent with minimum 5 years working experience in an industrial field.
â–ª Experience in maintenance of plant equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, fans, centrifugal systems, air compressors, and steam turbines.
â–ª Strong attention to detail and good communication skills (English and Swahili).
2: Front End Loader Driver
â–ª Valid front-end loader certification and driving license.
â–ª Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front-End Loader Operator.
â–ª Familiarity with safety standards
â–ª in industrial environments.
3: Welder
Ordinary Level Secondary Education with Level Three CBET or Grade One from VETA.
â–ª At least 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
â–ª Knowledge of MIG/TIG welding, fabrication, grinding, and engineering drawings.
â–ª Good communication skills (English and Swahili).
