Based on extensive research conducted to understand the ever-changing requirements of our customers across Sub Saharan Africa, our experienced product development team has bundled the contents produced by Azam Media Limited and other third-party channels in the form of AzamTV bouquets to suit the diverse preferences of our audience. During the bouquet development process, affordability is also taken into account.
AzamTV, the leading media and entertainment company in Africa, is looking for highly skilled and experienced professionals to fill the position of Regional Sales Managers in Zambia. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving overall sales performance in the region.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare sales forecasts
• Achieve sales targets for the assigned region
• Analyze sales and market trends to optimize performance
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with national sales goals
• Identify new market avenues and expansion opportunities within the assigned territory
• Expand distribution networks and product availability
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions
• Ensure effective product placement and visibility
• Appoint and manage distributors
• Ensure timely stock replenishment and maintain healthy inventory levels
• Recruit, train, and supervise the sales team and promoters
• Set individual targets and conduct regular performance reviews
• Build strong relationships with key accounts
