RESPONSIBILITIES, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE.
Identification and development of potential and new business opportunities for indirect or direct sales and advertised tenders.
Nurture intermediaries- agencies and brokers relationship by having daily, weekly, and monthly visits.
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in business related field.
1 year experience in similar role.
Certificate in proficiency in insurance (COP) is an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Responsible for leading and managing the general insurance underwriting function to ensure sound risk selection, profitable portfolio growth, policy compliance, and delivery of quality underwriting services.
Bachelor’s degree in Insurance and Risk Management, Actuarial Science or other related field.
5+ years ‘experience in the same role.
Certification in Insurance.
Reinsurance or underwriting certifications.
Actuarial exposure (added advantage)
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Leadership and management skills.
Strong technical knowledge of the insurance
