Kampala International University in Tanzania (KIUT) reaffirmed its commitment to academic excellence by hosting a successful Case Study Presentation Workshop on Friday, October 24. Organized by the Department of Business and Management, the workshop aimed to strengthen the application of student-centered, practical teaching methods across the university. The session, held in the university’s Boardroom, was led by the esteemed Professor David Sharp from Ivey Business School at Western University, Canada.
KIUT invites suitably qualified and competent candidates to apply for the following vacant positions:
1.0. DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION
1.1. Assistant Lecturer (Literature) – 2 Positions.
Qualifications and Experience
i. Applicant should be a holder of a Master of Arts in Literature with a minimum GPA of 4.0 and a Bachelor of Arts with Education (English/ Literature) with a minimum GPA of 3.5 or above.
ii. A minimum of three (3) years of teaching experiencе.
1.2. Assistant Lecturer (History) -1 Position
Qualifications and Experience
i. Applicant should be a holder of a Master of Arts in History with a minimum GPA of 4.0 and a Bachelor of Arts with Education (History) with a minimum GPA of 3.5 or above.
ii. A minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience.
2.0. DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS & MANAGEMENT
2.1. Assistant Lecturer (Supplies & Procurement Management) – 2 Positions
Qualifications and Experience
i. Applicant should be a holder of a Master of Business Administration in Procurement and Supplies Management with a minimum GPA of 4.0 and a Bachelor of Procurement and Supplies
Management with a minimum GPA of 3.5 or above.
ii. A minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience.
2.2. Assistant Lecturer (Human Resource Management) -2 Positions
Qualifications and Experience
i. Applicant should be a holder of a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management or a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management with a minimum GPA of 4.0 and a
Bachelor of Human Resource Management with a minimum GPA of 3.5 or above.
ii. A minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience.
