14 New Vacancies Mirembe Hospital (MNMH) May 2026, Mirembe National Mental Health Hospital (MNMH) is Tanzania’s national referral hospital specializing in mental health services.
Located in Dodoma, the hospital provides diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and mental health support services to patients from across the country.
The institution also supports mental health research, professional training, and public awareness initiatives aimed at improving mental healthcare in Tanzania.
The Executive Director of the National Mental Health Hospital Mirembe invites qualified Tanzanians to apply and fill the following volunteer contract positions.
The positions advertised are:
1. DOCTOR II (Position 1)
The applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Medicine from a recognized institution, be registered with the Medical Council and have a valid license.
2. RECORD ASSISTANT II (Position 5)
The applicant must have a Diploma from a recognized institution.
3. HEALTH RECORDS OFFICER II (Position 1)
The applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
4. ACCOUNTING OFFICER II (Position 2)
The applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
5. ENVIRONMENTAL OFFICER II (Position 1)
The applicant must possess a Degree in Environmental Health from a Government recognized Institution and must be registered and licensed by the Environmental Health Practitioner’s Council.
6. ACCOUNTANT ASSISTANT II (Position 4)
The applicant must possess a Diploma from a Government recognized Institution.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
1. The applicant must not be more than 35 (Thirty-five) years of age;
2. The applicant must have passed Form Four/Six;
3. The applicant must have a National Identity Card;
4. The applicant for the position of Doctor must be willing to work in Insurance Claims Processing and will not be involved in medical activities; and,
5. The applicant must have two guarantors recognized by the Village/Mtaa Government where he/she resides.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
a. All applicants must attach a copy of Form Four/Six certificate, professional certificate, birth certificate and personal information (Curriculum Vitae).
b. Applications attached with “Result Slip”, “Statement of Results,” “Provisional Result” or “Transcripts” WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
