Uhai Water Bottling Company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and maintain the highest standards of product quality, food safety, and compliance across all production processes.
JOB VACANCY: QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards
Supervise laboratory testing and water quality analysis processes
Conduct regular inspections and audits of production and packaging lines
Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to improve product quality
Maintain accurate QA documentation, reports, and certification records
Train staff on quality standards, GMP, HACCP, and safety procedures
Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of quality concerns
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Masters in Food Science, Chemistry, Quality Management, Microbiology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position within a water bottling company
Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, and food safety regulations
Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in quality management systems and Microsoft Office
Strong communication and report writing abilities
Experience in water treatment and beverage manufacturing processes is an added advantage
