1: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for leading the establishment and execution of the bank’s Quality Assurance (QA) strategy, governance framework, and testing coordination across all projects. The role ensures that structured, end-to-end testing practices are consistently applied to deliver high-quality, secure, reliable, and compliant technology solutions.

This position plays a critical role in supporting strategic initiatives, including core banking system changes and enhancements, as well as integrations with internal platforms and external client systems. It provides oversight across a wide range of digital and operational channels, including Agency Banking, Internet Banking, mobile applications, and other customer-facing and internal systems.

  • Lead QA strategy, governance, and coordination across all projects.

The Relationship Manager – Islamic Banking is the primary commercial interface between the Bank and its Islamic Banking clients, championing the Bank’s Lariba proposition across Retail and Business Banking segments.

In the absence of, or as delegated by, the Head of Islamic Banking, the Relationship Manager assumes responsibility for day-to-day operational leadership of the Islamic Banking team, ensuring continuity of business development, customer service standards, and Shari’ah compliance at branch level.

Job Summary

To perform and manage all activities in a way that strict adherence to approved Credit and Provisioning Policy as well as the approved standard credit processes and procedures are maintained:

•A credit profession acting as credit expert to the relationship team and the conduit to the credit risk function for sanctioning purpose

•Responsible for developing practical and appropriate credit solutions(i.e Lending structures through understanding of customer’s needs)

•Delivering high quality and consistent credit applications/recommendations.

•Monitor and control all SME accounts portfolio.

Education and Experience Required:

Essential

  • B-degree/Advance Diploma/Diploma or Equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Admiration or any other related field

Job Summary

The job holder is responsible for providing support to the Head of Legal (NBC) in the provision of legal advice to Business Units in NBC with a particular focus on Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) and Business Banking (BB). This role also involves identifying and managing legal risks across NBC

Required Qualification and Experience:

 

At least 7 years’ post qualifying experience as an in-house legal counsel in a financial institution or at least 7 years working experience in a reputable law firm.
